We have used Winters for multiple plumbing jobs, and they always do the work with professionalism and excellent service

An old boiler went in our home. I have two boilers so it was only a matter of time for the second one. Called Winters and had someone at my house two days later. Zane was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We discussed going with one large boiler with two zones (my wife and I own a two-family that has been utilized as a single family for last forty years). Ultimately, we opted to replace both boilers. Brian and crew were there the next day, tearing out the old and scrapping it, and unloading, transporting, and installing everything over the next three days. Meticulous work. I worked in the Building Trades for 50-years and I recognize and appreciate craftsmanship. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the smoothness of the entire experience from first phone call to final installation. The crazy part of the story is we have utilized a plumbing company for 30 years. I called him when the boiler went and he told me he retired two weeks earlier. Thanks to Winters entire team, we now know where to turn for all our heating/plumbing/cooling needs.

11/15/2024 Today Winters came out and replaced out hot water tank, the service guys they sent were awesome. They did a great job, very professional. I was impressed because I like to know what I am paying for and they were more than happy to explain what they were doing and the reason for it. I would recommend them for the service they provide.

Winters Home Services sent Matthew to replace my faucet on the same day I called to request service. He was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. He had a faucet in his truck so the job was completed quickly. I love the fact that Winters has enough workers to complete jobs quickly.

Pricing was fair. The overall experience was great.

Vincent Holley & Steve Attaya, (who did 90% of the actual installation) were both informative, knowledgeable and meticulous about their workmanship. This was a first time, emergency call, requiring new boiler, h/w htr and chimney lining. The crew was a joy to work with over 8 days, but the company itself is very, very pricey.

Was totally satisfied! Pleasant, respectful of my property. Easy to approach with questions. Couldn’t ask for more. I see why Winters is rated as tops!!! Thank you.

Zane came out to service our furnace when we had no heat. The issue ended up being user error on my part and he was incredibly friendly and kind about it and got our heat back on and working. Look forward to working with Winters again in the future.

We had an unfortunate hot water heater malfunction happen to us last week. Vinnie and Connor were fantastic - they were able to get us connected to all of the right people / technicians and were kind, friendly, and easy to work with along the way. Not happy about our basement leak (obviously), but was so pleased by the great service. Would highly recommend working with Winters and thank you Vinnie and Connor!

I was very happy with the service provided by Winters. I called Monday morning looking for an appointment, not an emergency. Within a very short time I was contacted and an appointment was made for Wednesday between 10:00 and 12:00. Well within the time frame Duffy rang the doorbell and assessed the problem. He explained everything to me, made a few adjustments and was finished in less than half an hour. Duffy was polite and professional and explained everything. I've been doing business with Winters for several years and am always happy with the results. If I have a choice and if I need any further service I would request that Duffybe sent. I have Been using winters home heating company for many years to keep my gas heater in good condition. They are a friendly and knowledgeable company. Recently, they came for a fall check up. The technician was neat, organized and explained everything that was done. I’m very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent experience with Winters Home Services. I called yesterday afternoon to ask them to look into a plumbing issue with one of our showers. They sent a technician this morning who was able top quickly replace the shower plumbing to address the issue.

Update: had Lucas from Winter’s come out again to address a new leak we had. Again A1 service. Lucas is very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Glad he was able to make his way out here today (1/30/24). I cannot rave enough about this service! Had Jamie and Lukas come out to replace a water heater, they were patient and answered a bunch of questions for us also! They are friendly, affordable, thorough, knowledgeable, fair, honest and so much more! They offer affordable monthly payment options for those big jobs that might not be able to be done otherwise. They really saved our butt today and we will definitely be having them back in the future. So glad we called them!

Winters saved my life. My furnace was stolen out of my house while another company was installing a tankless water heater. I informed the company that the tech who installed my water heater had another guy come in and take away my furnace. Needless to say they never answered me, and waited over a year, until it was on the news, and other people reported them. Thank god Winters stepped in and installed a new furnace. I never would have needed one but needless to say it was 2 weeks before Christmas and they accomidated me, and more. I will not go with any other company. In fact the other guys keep trying to get me to go back, and why would I let criminals in my house again. Winters techs will answer all questions, and they don't beat around the bush. Very professional and easy to work with. They are the best.

As always....excellent service. A Prompt, pleasant, capable tech, Chase, removed and installed a nee toilet. It was neat, and clean and straight forward. They have been great with each of our 5 or 6 service calls for HVAC and Plumbing.

Fantastic experience, start to finish. I contacted Winters about replacing an aging gas furnace. From initial contact thru Zane's visit to review options to Mike and team's installation (plus the fantastic communication prior to all visits), Winters earned Five Stars.

Jesse check the system for a leak, fixed the problem and refilled the system. Now it works fine.

The staff is polite and professional. Plumber did a good job for my annual heating maintenance and also kept my house clean after his work! Nice to have them to be my plumber!

Honestly I’ve had such issues with my apartment since moving in 2 years ago with gas. I’ve had many people gaslight me including the Nationalgrid and the fire department. The receptionists I’ve spoken to have been one of the best customer service experiences that I’ve ever had. I say this very genuinely. When the fire department came last night I was very freaked out but when on the phone at 8:30 pm the lady scheduling was really amazing. Then I had a plumber named Brian F come out the next morning and his apprentice! These guys were freaking awesome and they found the leak by working together. They were warm and funny and helped me understand what the situation was step by step AND how they would repair it. Always calling here and requesting him for any issues.

Great work done by Vincent. He showed up on time, identified and fixed the issue quickly. He is also knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you guys.

We had a small issue with a toilet self fix that we weren't sure if it was entirely working or not. Lucas came out and was just a pleasure to meet and talk to. He took a look at the issue and it turns out wasn't an actual issue. He did however take the time to make sure it was working properly and gave us some options if we were to have to replace the part. Thanks to Lucas and Winters for a great experience and I think we found a new plumbing company to call!

Brad did a great job on the replacement of our old furnace and hot water heater and installation of a new combined boiler/tankless hot water heater. I have had a contract with Winters for a number of years, and have always been satisfied with their service. I have a boiler that heats my hot water heater as well as the house. They have always responded to any problem with my heating/cooling system. I came home from a trip to no hot water. When I called, they sent Vinney Holley first thing in the morning. He was able to get it working again, but it was obvious that there was a leak, and that the boiler needed replacing. (20 years old, pretty good for that particular boiler) Two days later a new boiler was delivered, and Brian Falasca and partner came to install it. It was a 2-day job, and the guys worked all day except for a lunch break. Because it was a different model from the previous boiler there was a lot of work. They also provided me with a temporary hot water heater overnight. The installation was finished the next day. When I noticed a couple of days later that the boiler was taking a long time to heat the hot water, I called and Brian came out the same day. It turned out that a part was defective. He fixed it and tested the system exhaustively to be sure that it was working properly. It’s been great ever since.

I’ve had excellent experiences with Winters Home Services over the years. I have an annual maintenance plan for the ductless AC unit in my condo.

Very pleased with this company. Turns out I had a serious problem - their explanation was customer friendly and resolved completely.

They did a great job installing a new furnace and AC unit for us in November. There were a couple minor hiccups, but they were very kind and took care of us right away.

I hate writing reviews but honestly this company was so amazing I actually wanted to go out of my way to let others know! I had a mini disaster in a utility room and a water leak issue that took about a week to identify and resolve. Of course, it happened overnight and on a weekend and I was cold calling anyone who could get in! I was first impressed by real-time after hours answering service who were extremely pleasant and helpful. And then, they actually showed up first thing in the morning. They had to come back a few times but everything was really the way it should be! The plumber was communicative and amazing (yay Jamie!), responsive and ultimately was able to solve the challenging issue! The back office was great to work with; they all recommended supporting companies to help me with the remediation efforts and prices were reasonable considering the high caliber service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They sent in Sean to inspect a potential water leak situation within 2 hours of call. They didn't charge for the inspection. Sean was very courteous, wearing a shoe covers when entering home. We couldn't trace the source but overall the visit was professional and prompt. Would call them again if I need anything

I have had a contract with Winters for my HVAC system for several years. Winter's technicians have always responded to emergency calls, even on weekends. They have always done a great job maintaining my system as well. Most recently Nick serviced my system. He thoroughly checked and cleaned my heating system for the winter season and set up the spring appointment for the air conditioner check. In the office, Angela is always knowledgeable and always calls back if you leave a message.

Whenever I use Winters service I know that it will be done correctly.

Working with Winters was incredible. I was able to talk to a person and not just leave a message. The amount of email contact and diligence was extraordinary and help me feel very secure. Lucas, who came to our house, was not only professional, but extremely kind as we were managing, at the same time, multiple issues in the house. Quick and efficient service.

Winters quoted to install a new A/C system. Within one week Brad arrived and was magnificent. Problems for him were merely interesting situations to be resolved and resolved he did. He was like a magician climbing into impossibly small space to install air handlers in very high temperatures without a single complaint. He was a delight to have around and cleaned up every evening. I would happily employ him again.

The job involved several unexpected changes and coordination with other contractors. Not only was Sean extremely competent as a plumber, he and the other people I spoke with at Winters ( due to the number of schedule changes) were very flexible and and willing to work with a complex job. He and everyone else were easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

We have been using winters for various hvac and plumbing needs for the past couple of years. While they are a bit pricier than other folks we’ve used in the past, we find the quality of service, punctuality, and transparency to be worth the added cost.

Chase Dalton was the one who came out to take care of a washing machine install and he was so friendly and helpful! He came in on a last minute ask and got the job done same-day. Really appreciative!

I used Winters for the second time for my condo in Cambridge. This time around, I was installing a new kitchen faucet and a new bathroom vanity. Matthew King was fantastic. Super helpful in dealing with a tricky vanity install. Work was well done, and he was able to complete the work in a timely way to accommodate my schedule. Communication by the ops desk is excellent. Highly recommend this company.

I called Winters with concerns about my AC system. The office staff were very professional and patient as they asked a series of questions to narrow down my concerns. I was pleased that Zane, their HVAC specialist, came out and inspected the system. He actually was the one who installed it in 2021. It's nice to have someone who is familiar with the product and has the right skills to evaluate and diagnose. Fortunately, there were no issues. Thanks Winters.

In this most recent visit, Zane encountered a complicated AC issue, compounded by the AC units being on top of the house. Winters is a great company, always on time and committed to service. I have their annual maintenance plan and recently needed them to come out to fix two broken AC condensers. Tony Sousa came out and did a fantastic job. He was on time, diagnosed the problems quickly, and was able to repair both units within 30 minutes. On a nearly 100 degree day, it was hard being without AC. I’m so thankful that Winters and Tony came out and were able to get be back up and running so well. Thank you Tony!
